[Metal Slug (Area 88) 1]

Metal Slug

I dunno. The pacing of the movie was way too slow for my tastes. Also, it's just a pet peeve of mine about spelling and grammar (it's fierce, and squad has no 'e', should be 'he and his batallion', not 'him', etc)...

Sound effects were OK, did a good job of synching the explosions of the mortars to the sound, so props for that.

The action was slow, boring, and there wasn't enough of it. It has potential, though, so keep at it.

Wow. This was completely not what I expected, which just made my delight that much greater at getting to watch it. I bow before you, terrific work!

Well, that was pointless...

I'm perfectly fine with the fact that it makes no sense. I'm not fine with the fact that it was downright horrible. Yuck, into the blam-bin with it.

Saved at the end

I have to admit; I was going to give this low marks at first. Ho-hum, guns, swords, kamehameha wave...then I got to the very end, and I fell out of my chair. RNF's death scene was just utter hilarity, and that alone instantly changed how I scored this. The punchline is the reason for the joke, after all, and this one saved the day. The best part, I never saw it coming. Good stuff.

Well, it was fun to smash Strawberry Clock. Shoulda been a hammer instead of a flyswatter, tho. Not blam-worthy, but nothing terrific, either. A 2 for you, it is.

Interesting...

It was an interesting piece of work, that's for sure. I have an answer for your second section question, though. "A little more than that." Not full details, but a line here or there to discern where head/shoulders/whatever are, sometimes he looked like an amoeba mating rather than someone going through a kata. Besides that minor beef, though, I liked it. Good work.

This is some good shit, I love it! Keep 'em coming, you're doing a great job. An even longer battle would be even better, if you can keep the style and humor up. Great work, keep 'em coming!

[Link's Problem]

Fairly entertaining...

The story made no sense, although I guess that was kinda the point. Mario bitchslapping Link made the movie for me. The pacing was a little slow, and a skip button so those of us who can read faster can get on with things would be a nice touch. Overall, though, it was pretty entertaining. A little work and it would be very entertaining. Good job.

So bad it's good

Wow. This is one of those movies that's so bad it's good. Action figures battle to the death! OK, so the best part was the end. Oh well, it was still so bad that I had to laugh. Uhm...keep up the...good(?)...work?

That was nuts. I liked it!

This could very well deserve its own spinoff series. I absolutely loved it! You should definitely make more. Great job!
